Self-help book for self-worth
“Are you essential?” by Cindy Hope, is a well-written self-help book. In a nutshell, she discusses how to work through self-worth issues and gain confidence, to become the best person you can be. To learn that each of us is essential.

This book is easy-to-read and provides plenty of examples the reader can relate to. She shares her own personal story of loss, divorce, foreclosure and recovery, and then gives many examples of people who have recovered from trauma, neglect in childhood, lack of self-worth, and the ups and downs of life.
