WARNING: Hacker bought this on our account. Many good reviews on here could be faked. At a glance this is a very basic book with no pictures and instructions like “Toss in all of the ingredients for your carrot in a bowl.”

This is an awesome book for beginners. I wanted recipes with natural foods, no oils, salts or sugars which is what I got. Anyone who wants these ingredients can add them in. For me, I didn’t want anything fancy, all I wanted were the basics and this book is great for that. I created some dishes and then I began experimenting. I would really recommend this book if you are beginning this venture and not generally familiar with cooking dishes.
