Wow, wow and wow. Bought this book earlier this morning. Started reading it in dentists waiting room. Got home about an hour ago. Could not put it down. Just finished it, about noon. I too am a Christian but was blown away by the story. Was so impressed by her interpretation of this story, cannot wait for the next book in the series. I will also re-read this book many times, starting later today. Thank you and may God bless you Joy.

The Secret Heritage- A Christian Romantic Suspense (The Pete Zendel Series) This is a historical romance and adventure novel. It is well written and the storyline was consistent for the time period. The romance was between a king and a slave girl. For The adventurous part you will need to read the book. I enjoyed it a lot, but I wondered how The Secret Heritage fit in the Pete Zendel Series. The next book that Joy Ohagwu published, Hunter, answered my question. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good Christian romance.

I didn’t understand how this book fits into the series until I got to the next book. But it is very important after Whisper & to understand the rest of the series. It introduces people & things that will come in the series. It is a very interesting concept. Just be sure to read it.

I have enjoyed Joy Ohagwu’s books that I have read. This was no exception. There is enough suspense in it to keep me reading and wondering what’s going to happen next. It is good wholesome reading, which I like.
